This policy is maintained by Make Digital and describes how the service may and may not be used. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Section 01
General principles
Use Make Digital lawfully, respectfully, and in good faith. Do not use the service to harm others, infringe rights, or compromise the integrity of the platform.
Section 02
Prohibited content
- Illegal content under EU or your local law.
- Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory material targeted at people or groups.
- Sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual sexual content of any kind.
- Content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights of third parties.
- Malware, phishing kits, or anything designed to defraud or compromise others.
Section 03
Prohibited behaviour
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, or billing.
- Stress-testing or attacking our infrastructure without prior written permission.
- Reselling credits, sublicensing access, or sharing accounts across organisations.
- Abuse of promotional credits (e.g. creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers).
- Spamming, mass messaging, or any unsolicited bulk communication via our channels.
Section 04
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is violating this policy, please report it to [email protected]. Include URLs, account names, and any evidence you can share.
Section 05
Enforcement
We may, at our discretion, warn you, remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. For severe or repeated violations we may act without prior notice and we reserve the right to refer matters to law-enforcement authorities.
