Refund Policy.
This policy is maintained by Make Digital and explains when credits and orders are refundable. It complements our Terms of Service.
14-day cooling-off period
If you are a consumer in the EU you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of placing the order and receive a full refund, provided no credits have been spent. Email [email protected] with your order number to request cancellation.
Unused credits
Outside the cooling-off period, unused credits remain redeemable but are generally non-refundable. Exceptions:
- Service unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to our fault.
- Billing error on our side (e.g. duplicate charge).
- Account terminated by us without cause.
Used credits & delivered work
Credits already spent on delivered work are non-refundable, since the work has been produced. If a deliverable does not meet the agreed Statement of Work, we will revise it free of charge under the SOW terms.
Promotional & bonus credits
Bonus, welcome, and promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable under any circumstance.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. For bank-transfer orders, please provide the IBAN of the originating account.
Disputes
If we cannot agree on a refund, you may take the matter to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform or to the competent court as described in our Terms of Service.
