Terms of Service.

By placing an order or using our service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts, and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Credits are a prepaid balance used to access work delivered through the dashboard.
• Pricing is shown in your selected currency on /checkout. Taxes may be added at checkout where required.
• Credits become available after we receive payment. Bank transfers typically clear within one business day.
• Credits do not expire while your account is in good standing.
• Promotional credits and welcome discounts are limited to one per customer.

You agree to use the service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

The website, brand, and underlying software remain the property of Make Digital. Deliverables produced for you under a separate Statement of Work are licensed to you per that SOW. Nothing in these terms transfers our intellectual property to you by default.

We provide the service "as is" without implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that abuse the service, or where required by law. Unused, paid credits will be refunded subject to the Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Sofia, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
